Laura Williamson

Laura Williamson is an undergraduate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, working towards completion of a BA in International Studies and English in May 2008. As a James and Florence Peacock Fellow, she spent the summer of 2007 working with CFK’s young women’s reproductive health group, Binti Pamoja, and with the Power Women. At UNC she was also a Burch Fellow and a participant in the Singapore Summer Immersion Program. After graduation she hopes to work with health education efforts in Latin America for a few years before applying to graduate school in either Public Health or International Development.
